Hi! I'm Gabrielle Spirggs, creator of Usuem. First and foremost, thank you for being here. Your support means the world to me, and I’m beyond excited to finally share this brand with you.
So, what is Useum? It’s pronounced just like “museum”—but without the M, to put the spotlight on U. Because at the end of the day, the most beautiful, priceless, and powerful art isn’t hanging in a gallery. It’s YOU.
A Little About Me
I’ve loved clothes for as long as I can remember... literally a fashionista since diapers! Growing up, I always needed the perfect outfit—something that matched the vibe of the day, worked with my hair, and had the exact right accessories. I’d spend hours the night before school planning my look (I just know I drove my mom crazy haha).
But that’s who I was—and still am. People knew me for my clothes, and I loved that. And of course I had to give the people what they wanted, right? So, I've always viewed style as my way of expressing myself. Ultimately that’s really what led me here too: the desire to create something where fashion isn’t just about clothes. It’s about self-expression, confidence, and creativity.
To me, fashion is a true art form. And we’re all artists.
Why Useum Exists
Another big piece of who I am is mental health and wanting others to see how much more beautiful the world is with them in it. I'll be the first to admit that I’ve had my own battles, and even harder than that is I’ve watched people I love struggle too. I know how loud those inner voices can get—the ones that tell us we’re not good enough, not pretty enough, not enough.
But here’s what I’ve learned:
We are all so much more than the lies our minds tell us.
We are stronger. We are layered and beautiful and worthy. We are so much more valuable.
We are art.
